Multiple Generations in Leadership and the Workplace

Today’s adults are unique and singular. For the first time in history there are a minimum of four generations leading change, filling the workplace, and building social, economic and environmental capital. Never before has there been such a diverse population. The tension and challenges, opportunities and threats, and promises and demands present new environments in which to make positive change occur.

Leaders, organizations, businesses and communities implementing successful strategies are embracing the reality of this complexity. They are cultivating positive, productive and compatible environments, in spite of the many differences, lifestyles, and mindsets of each generation.

The Center helps individuals and groups identify and implement ways to strategically engage multiple generations. This is accomplished by exploring the issues and assets of mixed generations coupled with innovative and practice that brings about high levels of positive and successful engagement.
